Metric Insights is an established, rapidly growing tech company in the Business Intelligence (BI) space. We provide the industry’s leading BI Portal and are pioneering a new way for enterprise organizations to truly leverage the full value of their data.

We’re hiring an experienced SDR. As one of two SDRs, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales process, gaining valuable experience in enterprise-scale tech deals and advancing your sales career.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert leads in targeted enterprise accounts for AEs.
  • Manage outbound calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and more.
  • Respond to inbound prospects, run discovery calls, and hand over qualified leads to AEs.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Metric Insights’ technology to communicate the value to executives.
  • Raise market awareness among existing prospects.
  • Track activities in Salesforce and share insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support marketing at in person and virtual tradeshows and events.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of SDR experience in enterprise software.
  • Preferred knowledge of the Business Intelligence or Data Analytics space.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented with initiative and persistence.
  • Exceptional organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Bay Area preferable, remote considered.
