Overview
Lead efforts to ensure the success of our customers in their Metric Insights implementations. Provide customers with best practices implementation guidance and with assistance in defining requirements for customized persona-driven BI Portal Landing Page. Orchestrate activities among solution architecture, product, engineering, and support teams for a successful implementation of the Metric Insights platform. Regularly engage with customers post-implementation to develop strategies for boosting engagement, and achieve a high level of customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers to achieve a rapid and successful initial implementation of Metric Insights
  • Effectively coordinate customer-related activities between Solution Architecture, Support, Engineering, and Product
  • Work with customers and the Product and Engineering teams to define and implement effective portal page solutions for customers.  Drive process from conception through implementation and customer acceptance
  • Lead regular recurring check-in meetings with customers who have established implementations
  • Partner with the Head of Product to manage customer enhancement trackers
  • Assess user engagement levels with customers and deploy strategies to increase adoption
  • Develop best practices materials to enable repeatability in customer deployments
  • Assist the product team in developing and prioritizing features that promote customer success
  • Develop and evolve implementation methodology in concert with product evolution

Key Requirements

  • Experience with complex software implementations at large enterprise customers
  • Thorough understanding of Business Intelligence challenges
  • Familiarity with all aspects of the BI “stack” from the data layer to visualization tools
  • Understanding of the fundamental concepts in SQL, Procedural Programming, and Database Technologies
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Demonstrated ability to work patiently to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to project planning and execution
